Maintain Independent Copies
Do not use LuxuryPDF as the only copy of an important document. Maintain independent backups of business, legal, financial, client and other important records.
Local and Cloud Storage
Some LuxuryPDF functionality may work with local browser, device, Vault or connected storage. Availability of a document can depend on the storage method selected by the user and the continued availability of that device, browser or external service.
Before Editing or Converting
For important documents, retain an original copy before editing, converting, replacing, synchronising or exporting a document.
Service Interruptions
Internet services, devices, browsers and third-party infrastructure can fail. A service interruption should not leave you without the only copy of an important record.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for determining appropriate backup, retention and recovery procedures for their own documents and organisations.
