Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using LuxuryPDF, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the associated Privacy Policy, Data & Backup Notice and Disclaimer.

If you use LuxuryPDF on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.

You must promptly notify LuxuryPDF if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Where offered, the LuxuryPDF 7-day free trial provides temporary access to the features stated at registration. Trial eligibility and features may be changed or withdrawn for future registrations.

A free trial does not guarantee continued access to paid features after the trial period expires.

Paid plans are billed at the price and billing interval displayed when you subscribe. Payments are processed through our payment provider.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions may renew according to the selected billing interval until cancelled. Any plan change, upgrade or downgrade requiring payment must be confirmed by the account holder before it is applied.

You must not use LuxuryPDF unlawfully, attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious software, misuse another person's information or process documents that you are not authorised to access.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of documents, signatures, personal information and other content complies with applicable law.

You retain responsibility for documents and content you create, upload, edit or process using LuxuryPDF. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use that material.

LuxuryPDF does not obtain ownership of your underlying documents merely because they are processed through the service.

AI-assisted features may generate summaries, rewrites, suggestions or other output. AI output may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable wording and must be reviewed before use.

AI-generated output is assistance only and must not be relied upon as legal, financial, accounting or other professional advice.

LuxuryPDF software, branding, interface, designs and service technology remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of the LuxuryPDF platform to users.

We may maintain, improve or modify LuxuryPDF and its features. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, infrastructure, third-party services, security events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

You should maintain independent backups of important documents. LuxuryPDF must not be treated as the sole archival location for business, legal, financial or otherwise important records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxuryPDF is not responsible for loss caused by a user's failure to review documents or AI output, maintain backups, protect account credentials or use the service in accordance with these terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach of these terms or protection of the service and its users.

These terms may be updated as LuxuryPDF develops or legal requirements change. The current version published by LuxuryPDF applies from its stated effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other laws that apply to you.
